OUR HISTORY

Solid Build Contractors cc. was founded in 1988 and successfully completed more than 17,000 units during our 37 years of construction.

Solid Build started off as a family business in the Vaal Triangle and has since expanded our construction operations to more than 35 other residential and commercial properties surrounding Johannesburg and Pretoria and even as far as Mossel Bay, Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, and Witbank.

During the initial years, our focus was mainly on Affordable Housing for individual clients, which rapidly expanded to the likes of Iscor, Eskom, SA Railways, and Property Developers. The service delivery also expanded to the construction of Town House Complexes, Office Blocks, Industrial Units, as well as Highly Specialized Residential Units for specific individual customers. We are currently expanding our service delivery to Property Developments with Construction in Potchefstroom, Meyerton, Parys as well as Johannesburg.

We are humbly proud of our very loyal and nationwide networks of Professionals, Customers, Developers, Governing Authorities, Construction Service and Material Suppliers as well as our own experienced low turnover staff compliment.

We are registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council for many years and our NHBRC Registration Number is 229.
